This policy explains what personal information Search4U Technologies (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Order and account details: your name, phone number, email address, billing and delivery address, and your order history.
Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, such as questions about a laptop or a recycling request.
Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and wishlist, and keep the site secure.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, and to arrange replacements under our 7 day replacement policy.
To reply to your questions and keep you updated about your order.
To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

We only send you offers if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with the people who help us run the store: our payment provider, courier and delivery partners, our hosting and email providers, and government authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account. Other information is deleted once we no longer need it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@search4u.in. Some records, such as invoices, have to be kept by law. You can also update your details yourself from My Account.

Security

The site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
